Driver - Printing & Publishing Sector (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Driver to join our team at Navbharat Times in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of company personnel, documents, and materials, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a professional demeanor and a strong understanding of local routes and logistics within the printing and publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles for transportation of staff, documents, and materials between offices, printing facilities, and other designated locations.

Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing routine checks on fluid levels, tires, and brakes.

Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.

Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of items.

Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.

Maintain a logbook of all trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Possess an M.A. degree, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to understanding logistical challenges and communication protocols within a corporate environment.

Be punctual and reliable, with a commitment to fulfilling assigned duties effectively.
