We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Editor / Content Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment of our content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of content performance metrics and a keen eye for detail, coupled with a business acumen developed through a BBA/BBM education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and edit content for grammar, style, clarity, and factual accuracy across various media formats.

- Analyze content performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and business analysts to ensure content meets strategic objectives.

- Develop and maintain content style guides and best practices.

- Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and competitor content strategies.

- Provide feedback on content effectiveness and suggest optimizations for engagement and reach.

- Assist in the development of content calendars and editorial plans.
