Electrical / Electronics Engineer (2-4 Yrs) at Wipro Limited

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Electrical / Electronics Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is critical in bridging the gap between product design, user experience, and the technical intricacies of electrical and electronic systems within our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and engineering expertise to optimize processes, enhance user interfaces for technical support tools, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and operations specialists, to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements for electrical and electronic systems.

Apply design thinking principles to analyze existing operational workflows and identify areas for improvement through technological integration or process redesign.

Develop and prototype user interfaces for internal tools and platforms used by our BPO agents, focusing on intuitive design and efficient data interaction for electrical/electronic troubleshooting.

Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new hardware or software solutions related to electrical and electronic systems in a call center environment.

Contribute to the design and implementation of systems that monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues related to electronic equipment used in operations.

Create technical documentation, schematics, and user guides for the designed systems and solutions.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in electrical engineering, electronics, industrial design, and BPO operations.
