Electroencephalographic Technician (2-4 Yrs) - Gurgaon

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Electroencephalographic Technician with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Gurgaon. This role involves applying design thinking principles to understand and improve user experience related to cognitive functions and their impact on financial behavior, particularly within the fintech domain. You will be instrumental in translating complex neurological data into actionable design insights for product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct EEG sessions to collect data on user cognitive responses in relation to financial product interactions.

Analyze EEG data, identifying patterns and anomalies that correlate with user behavior and decision-making in financial contexts.

Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, and designers to translate EEG findings into user-centric design improvements.

Develop visual representations and reports of EEG data and insights for stakeholders.

Utilize design thinking methodologies to conceptualize and prototype features that enhance user engagement and trust.

Stay updated with the latest research in neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and human-computer interaction as applied to finance.
