Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Email Support Executive with 3-4 years of experience and a Diploma to join our dynamic team at Paytm. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the FinTech and Payments domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, adhering to service level agreements.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Paytm's products and services, including payments, wallets, and app functionalities.

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.

Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams (e.g., technical support, operations) when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services.

Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and data privacy regulations.
