Employee Health and Safety Management - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a dedicated and legally-minded professional to join our team as an Employee Health and Safety Management specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all our employees within our Hyderabad operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety management systems in accordance with Indian legal requirements and industry best practices.

Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and propose corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, factory acts, and safety regulations.

Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.

Organize and conduct health and safety training programs for employees.

Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.

Liaise with government regulatory bodies and external auditors on health and safety matters.

Provide legal interpretation and guidance on health and safety legislation.
