Employee Health & Safety Trainer (1-3 Yrs) for LLB Graduates

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Health & Safety Trainer with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Thane. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all employees within our automotive components manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal understanding to interpret and implement health and safety regulations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive health and safety training programs for all employee levels, ensuring compliance with Indian and international safety standards.
- Interpret relevant labor laws, factory acts, and environmental regulations to ensure the company's health and safety policies are legally sound and effectively implemented.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and occupational health issues, preparing detailed reports and proposing preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of training, incidents, and safety compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices in the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to address safety concerns and promote a strong safety culture.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
