We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Health & Safety Trainer with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Ludhiana. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in corporate health and safety within the financial services sector. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, aligning with regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials on occupational health and safety, emergency preparedness, and wellness programs tailored for a corporate environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring clear communication and understanding of safety protocols.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
