Employee Relations Management Specialist (Noida)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Management Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of employee relations principles and practices within the Indian context. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting fair and consistent HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Advise management and employees on company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance workplace harmony.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act).
- Conduct employee relations training for managers and supervisors.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management.
- Manage disciplinary processes and ensure consistency in application.
- Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Support HR business partners in various employee relations initiatives.
