Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engagement Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role will involve managing client relationships and project engagements within the petrochemical and plastics sector, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. You will leverage your design thinking and communication skills to bridge the gap between client needs and our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, sales) to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Develop project proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Assist in the development of design-led solutions for clients in the petrochemical and plastics industry.
