We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Engine Fitter / Welder with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities alongside practical technical skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engine component assembly and repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Precisely fit and assemble engine components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Perform high-quality welding operations on various engine parts, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues within engines, applying systematic problem-solving techniques.

Read and interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Operate and maintain various fitting and welding equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for process improvement.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
