We are seeking a motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in our Mumbai office. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong technical background and leadership potential, looking to make a significant impact in the banking technology space. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or with a strong track record in software development and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust banking applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to define project roadmaps and technical strategies.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Drive technical innovation and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
