We are seeking an Environment Health and Safety (EHS) professional with an LLM degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within our animation and VFX operations. You will play a crucial part in developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures in line with Indian regulations and company standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.

Investigate EHS incidents, near misses, and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.

Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees.

Maintain accurate EHS records and documentation, including incident reports and compliance logs.
