Environmental Engineer (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Environmental Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. This role will be crucial in ensuring our manufacturing and operational processes comply with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices within the gems and jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess environmental impact of industrial operations, particularly in relation to chemical usage and waste management in jewellery manufacturing.

- Develop and implement environmental management plans and policies to ensure compliance with local and national environmental laws.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential environmental risks and propose mitigation strategies.

- Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

- Assist in the preparation of environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and other regulatory documentation.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders on environmental matters.

- Utilize knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and chemical handling to identify and address environmental concerns specific to the jewellery sector's chemical inputs and waste streams.

- Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing pollution, conserving resources, and promoting a circular economy within the company.
