Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Equipment Management professional with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Indore. The role involves overseeing the lifecycle management of company equipment, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and supporting efficient operational workflows within our Business Process Services division. This position requires a strong understanding of contractual obligations, asset tracking, and risk mitigation, all while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of company assets and equipment in compliance with Wipro's policies and relevant legal frameworks.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all equipment, including serial numbers, purchase dates, warranty information, and maintenance history.
* Conduct regular audits of equipment inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or potential losses.
* Liaise with vendors and service providers to schedule maintenance, repairs, and calibration of equipment, ensuring timely service delivery.
* Review and analyze equipment usage patterns to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
* Assist in the development and implementation of equipment management policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Provide legal support on matters related to equipment leasing, purchasing agreements, and vendor contracts.
* Address any legal or compliance issues that arise concerning equipment, including warranty claims and dispute resolution.
* Support the IT and Operations teams in ensuring equipment is fit for purpose and meets operational needs.
* Prepare reports on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and compliance metrics for management review.
