Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ERP Architect with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree to kickstart their career in the dynamic world of investment banking and venture capital. You will be instrumental in understanding, designing, and implementing ERP solutions that streamline our internal operations and support our investment processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our ERP systems meet business needs and contribute to our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for ERP system enhancements and implementations.

Support the design and configuration of ERP modules (e.g., finance, operations, CRM) based on business needs.

Participate in testing ERP functionalities and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system operation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their processes and how ERP can optimize them.

Contribute to user training and documentation for the ERP system.

Stay updated with ERP best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the financial services industry.
