Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a BBA/BBM degree looking to build a career in ERP development within the fast-paced advertising and marketing sector. You will be instrumental in customizing, implementing, and maintaining our ERP systems to support business operations and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand ERP requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop, customize, and integrate ERP modules (e.g., finance, HR, operations) using relevant programming languages and tools.

Assist in the implementation and deployment of new ERP systems and upgrades.

Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system configurations.

Participate in testing phases, ensuring the quality and functionality of ERP solutions.

Contribute to process improvements and optimization of ERP functionalities.
