Event Marketing for MBA/PGDM Graduates (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Event Marketing professional with an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in event marketing within the banking sector. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, planning, and executing engaging marketing events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for events, aligned with business objectives.
- Support the planning and coordination of various event types, including seminars, workshops, product launches, and customer outreach programs.
- Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and analyze competitor activities.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.
- Develop and create marketing collateral and promotional materials for events.
- Track and report on event performance metrics, including attendance, lead generation, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Contribute to post-event analysis and gather feedback for future event improvements.
