Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Facility Management professional with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Indore. This role involves overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in facility management, with a unique perspective brought by their pharmaceutical education, which can be valuable in understanding and implementing stringent operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, applying principles learned from B.Pharma in maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and service providers for maintenance, security, and other facility-related services.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain robust safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential issues.
- Manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with different departments to understand and fulfill their facility-related needs.
- Support in the implementation of new facility management systems and processes.
