Facility Manager (0-2 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facility Manager with a Master's in Design (M.Des) to join our growing team in Lucknow. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to apply their design thinking and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of our office and manufacturing spaces, ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordinating, and supervising of all facility management activities.

Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services.

Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Support in space planning and office layout design to optimize functionality and aesthetics, leveraging M.Des knowledge.

Assist in the implementation of new facility projects and improvements.

Respond to facility-related inquiries and issues from employees.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and facility-related expenses.
