Film Producer - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Film Producer to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in film production and possess a strong understanding of the entire filmmaking process, from pre-production to post-production and distribution. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively. A background in MBA/PGDM is essential for this position, enabling a comprehensive approach to the business and financial aspects of film production.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of film production from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resources.

Collaborate with directors, writers, cast, and crew to facilitate creative vision and operational efficiency.

Manage relationships with vendors, talent agencies, and other external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify viable film projects and investment opportunities.

Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and progress reports to senior management.
