Finance Executive (2-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a driven and analytical Finance Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial acumen and technical skills to support our investment banking operations. This role is perfect for an individual with 2-4 years of experience and a strong foundation in finance and technology, preferably with an MCA degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes for M&A and capital raising transactions.

Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel, incorporating various scenarios and sensitivity analyses.

Prepare presentations, pitch books, and information memorandums for client engagements.

Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends.

Support senior team members in client interaction and deal execution.

Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and support decision-making.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
