Fire Guard (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Fire Guard to join our team at our Indore facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our premises and personnel by actively monitoring fire prevention systems, responding to emergencies, and conducting regular safety checks. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. Post Graduation is not a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment, including extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems, ensuring they are in good working order.

- Monitor fire alarm panels and respond promptly to any alerts or activations.

- Patrol the premises regularly to identify potential fire hazards and take immediate corrective actions.

- Assist in the development and implementation of fire safety procedures and evacuation plans.

- Educate employees on fire safety protocols and best practices.

- Maintain detailed records of inspections, incidents, and safety training.

- Collaborate with external fire services during drills or actual emergencies.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and standards.
