Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor to join our corporate wellness team in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience and a postgraduate degree who are passionate about promoting health and fitness within a professional setting. You will be responsible for guiding employees towards achieving their fitness goals, creating engaging workout plans, and ensuring a safe and encouraging gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs for employees.

Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques.

Educate employees on nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and injury prevention.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped fitness facility.

Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed.

Organize and lead corporate wellness challenges and events.

Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and certifications.
