Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Fitter / Turner with 0-2 years of experience to join our Business Process Management (BPM) team in Vishakhapatnam. While the role is titled Fitter/Turner, the ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, honed through an LLB degree, to contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency within our BPM operations. This is an entry-level position for individuals looking to build a career in the BPM sector, applying legal principles to business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Apply legal research and analytical skills to understand compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks relevant to BPM services.
Support the development and implementation of new processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide insights on process optimization.
Document process flows, guidelines, and training materials.
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to process standards.
Conduct preliminary reviews of documentation and data for accuracy and completeness.
Learn and adapt to new technologies and software used in BPM operations.
Assist in resolving operational issues by applying logical and problem-solving approaches.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
