Flight Attendant / Steward - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Flight Attendant / Steward with 1-2 years of experience to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers during corporate travel. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of service standards, leveraging a BBA/BBM background to manage logistics and passenger needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew by adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies.

Provide exceptional customer service, attending to passenger needs, inquiries, and requests with courtesy and efficiency.

Manage in-flight services, including meal and beverage service, ensuring high standards of presentation and hygiene.

Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure the cabin is clean, orderly, and well-stocked.

Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established procedures.

Collaborate with the flight deck and ground crew to ensure smooth operations and timely departures/arrivals.

Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.

Utilize BBA/BBM knowledge to assist with passenger manifest management and basic administrative tasks related to flights.
