Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and have a strong understanding of aviation regulations and operational procedures. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of flight operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior dispatchers in preparing flight plans, considering factors such as weather, air traffic control, and aircraft performance.
- Monitor flight progress and provide timely updates to flight crews and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all flights comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Analyze weather reports and NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen) to assess potential operational impacts.
- Coordinate with various departments including flight operations, maintenance, and ground handling.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
- Respond to operational disruptions and assist in implementing contingency plans.
- Support the development and implementation of new dispatch procedures and tools.
