Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a proven track record in managing and executing complex IT projects within the professional services sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving project success from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of professional services solutions for clients.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage client relationships, communicate project status, and address any concerns or escalations.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team.
