Flight Dispatcher (3-5 Yrs) - Chandigarh

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Flight Dispatcher to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of our flight operations. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of aviation regulations and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review flight plans, considering factors such as weather, air traffic, aircraft performance, and operational constraints.

Monitor flight progress and provide real-time updates and support to flight crews.

Analyze meteorological data and NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen) to ensure flight safety.

Coordinate with air traffic control, ground operations, and other relevant agencies.

Manage flight schedule adjustments and contingency planning for irregular operations.

Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and company policies.

Utilize flight dispatch software and systems effectively.

Maintain accurate flight records and documentation.
