Flight Instructor (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Flight Instructor to join our training division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation principles, advanced teaching methodologies, and a commitment to fostering a safe and proficient pilot community. This role requires a unique blend of in-depth theoretical knowledge, practical flight experience, and the ability to effectively impart complex information to aspiring pilots.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive flight instruction to students, adhering to approved training syllabi and regulatory standards.

Develop and implement advanced training modules and lesson plans for both theoretical and practical flight training.

Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, flight tests, and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback.

Maintain accurate student records, including training logs, progress reports, and examination results.

Stay abreast of the latest aviation technologies, regulatory changes, and best practices in flight instruction.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the flight training program through feedback and initiative.

Ensure all training activities are conducted in strict accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
