Food Safety - LLM Professionals (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety professional with an LLM degree to join our team in Jaipur. This role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and contributing to the maintenance of high-quality standards within our food division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal frameworks related to food safety and be adept at translating them into practical operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret national and international food safety laws, regulations, and standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of food safety management systems (FSMS) such as HACCP, ISO 22000.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential food safety hazards.
- Support the creation and review of food safety policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Production, R&D) to ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
- Participate in internal audits and investigations related to food safety incidents.
- Stay updated on emerging food safety issues and regulatory changes.
- Provide guidance and training to operational staff on food safety best practices.
