Footwear Designer Job Opportunity - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Footwear Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a strong understanding of material science and manufacturing processes within the petrochemical and rubber industries. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative footwear designs that align with market trends and our brand's aesthetic, utilizing our advanced polymer and rubber materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate market research, trend analysis, and customer insights into compelling footwear concepts.

Create detailed technical sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and mood boards for new footwear lines.

Collaborate closely with product development, material sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.

Select appropriate polymers, rubbers, and other materials, considering performance, durability, and aesthetic requirements.

Develop and refine footwear prototypes, providing feedback for iterative improvements.

Ensure designs meet cost targets and manufacturing specifications.

Stay updated on emerging footwear technologies, materials, and design trends within the industry.
