Foreman / Technician Job Opportunity - Beverage (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Foreman / Technician with 1-3 years of experience to join our beverage production team in Delhi. This role is ideal for a Bachelor of Arts graduate looking to apply their organizational and problem-solving skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Foreman / Technician will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production line staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality control measures.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMP) on the production floor.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
