Freelance Cluster / Hub Manager (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Cluster / Hub Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to oversee and optimize operations within designated food processing clusters or hubs across India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, quality control, and stakeholder management within the Indian food industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced academic background and practical experience to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies for assigned food processing clusters to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to stringent quality control standards and food safety regulations throughout the supply chain.
- Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, processors, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and implement process improvements and technological advancements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new product development and market penetration within the assigned clusters.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve cluster objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on cluster performance, challenges, and opportunities for senior management.
- Drive sustainable practices and community engagement initiatives within the operational hubs.
