Front Office - 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office professional with a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) degree and 2-4 years of experience to manage our front desk operations at our Delhi location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors, patients, and staff, while leveraging their pharmaceutical knowledge to assist with relevant inquiries and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and take messages accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment diary efficiently.
- Register patients, collect necessary information, and maintain patient records with confidentiality.
- Provide basic information regarding hospital services, doctor schedules, and directions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to address basic pharmaceutical queries from patients or guide them to the pharmacy department.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain inventory of front office supplies and stationery.
