Full-Time Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a talented and motivated Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of 3D printed components and processes, contributing to our innovative product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop 3D printable models for various applications, ensuring manufacturability and performance requirements are met.

Operate and maintain various additive manufacturing technologies (e.g., FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF) and associated software.

Optimize print parameters, build orientation, and support structures to achieve desired part quality, strength, and surface finish.

Conduct material selection, testing, and characterization for different additive manufacturing processes.

Perform post-processing operations such as support removal, sanding, painting, and assembly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and product managers, to understand project requirements and provide AM solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3D printing processes and equipment.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in additive manufacturing technologies, materials, and industry best practices.
