Job Description

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Configuration and Deployment Manager. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent B.Sc graduate eager to learn and contribute to the smooth deployment and management of our e-learning platforms and services. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure our systems are stable, scalable, and efficiently deployed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of software applications and infrastructure components.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues related to configuration and deployment.
- Support the creation and maintenance of deployment scripts and documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand release requirements and assist in release planning.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving deployment-related incidents.
- Learn and implement best practices for configuration management and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations and deployment activities.
- Contribute to automating deployment processes where applicable.
