Full-Time Dialer Manager (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dialer Manager to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dialer operations and a proven ability to manage and optimize dialer campaigns. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient customer outreach and engagement within our Media, Entertainment & Telecom operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the outbound dialer system, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and manage dialer strategies to meet campaign objectives, including lead generation and customer service.
- Monitor dialer performance metrics (e.g., call volume, connect rates, talk time, abandonment rates) and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and manage dialer agents, providing guidance on best practices and performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to outbound calling.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align dialer activities with overall business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the dialer system.
- Generate regular reports on dialer performance and campaign effectiveness for management review.
