Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hazard / Fire / Injury Specialist with 0-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Thane. This role will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential hazards, fire risks, and injury risks within our investment banking and financial services environment. You will contribute to ensuring a safe and compliant workplace through innovative design thinking and proactive risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct preliminary risk assessments for new projects and existing operations, focusing on potential fire, hazard, and injury scenarios.
- Develop and propose design-based solutions and safety protocols to mitigate identified risks, considering user experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the creation of visual aids, infographics, and training materials related to safety procedures and hazard awareness for employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to review safety compliance and recommend improvements based on design principles.
- Maintain documentation of risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and incident reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and hazard management.
- Contribute to the development of emergency response plans and evacuation procedures through creative and practical design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.
