Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Safety professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Postgraduate degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role will be crucial in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment within our investment banking operations, focusing on compliance with regulatory standards and implementing best practices in risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs aligned with company policies and Indian regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace, particularly within office environments and for employees involved in client-facing activities.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety legislation and standards.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of safety measures and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and auditors as required.
- Manage health surveillance programs and promote employee well-being.
