Full-Time Private Detective (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and observant Private Detective with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and providing detailed reports to support internal investigations and compliance efforts within our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with a post-graduation degree not being a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct background checks and verifications for employees and third-party vendors.

Gather and analyze information related to internal fraud, policy violations, and security breaches.

Prepare comprehensive and objective investigation reports, including findings and recommendations.

Interview witnesses and involved parties in a professional and discreet manner.

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines.

Utilize surveillance techniques and data analysis tools as needed for investigations.

Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Security departments to resolve investigation matters.
