Full-Time Product Manager - Insurance (0-1 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager - Insurance to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of insurance products and offerings within the gems and jewellery sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with an M.Des degree to kickstart their career in product management at a leading online jewellery retailer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new insurance products and features.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, operations) to define product requirements and specifications.
3. Contribute to the user experience design and journey mapping for insurance-related services.
4. Support in the development of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and user needs.
5. Participate in user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product designs.
6. Help in the creation of product documentation and training materials.
7. Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
