Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role will focus on developing and managing innovative loan products tailored for our corporate clients in the petrochemical, plastics, and rubber sectors. You will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our lending portfolio by understanding market needs and delivering impactful financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new loan products or enhancements to existing offerings within the petrochemical, plastics, and rubber industries.
- Develop business cases, product strategies, and roadmaps for loan products, aligning with company objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, risk, legal, and operations teams, to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing management.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for loan products, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather customer feedback to iterate and improve loan offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support the sales team with product knowledge, training, and marketing materials.
- Manage pricing, terms, and conditions for loan products to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
