Full-Time Social Worker

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Social Worker to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong academic background, including an M.Tech degree, looking to leverage their technical understanding and problem-solving skills in a social impact context. You will contribute to various community development and social welfare projects, working closely with local stakeholders and internal teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for social impact projects, utilizing analytical skills developed during M.Tech.
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of community outreach programs and social welfare initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data related to project performance and social impact, employing research methodologies.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project progress and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for social challenges, drawing upon a strong technical foundation.
- Liaise with community members, NGOs, and government agencies to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Support the team in administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
