Full-Time Umpire / Referee (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Umpire / Referee with 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for ensuring fair play, adherence to regulations, and maintaining the integrity of operations within our esteemed gems and jewellery processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with a background that allows for effective decision-making in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and enforce operational guidelines and quality standards within the production and processing units.

Monitor activities to ensure compliance with established protocols and regulations specific to the gems and jewellery industry.

Make impartial judgments and decisions in situations requiring dispute resolution or clarification of rules.

Maintain accurate records of observations, decisions, and any incidents that occur during operations.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure a consistent understanding and application of standards.

Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on observed compliance and adherence.

Assist in training sessions to educate staff on operational procedures and compliance requirements.
