We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Visa / Immigration Consultant with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of visa and immigration processes, particularly as they relate to supporting international talent and corporate mobility within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients and internal teams with visa and immigration applications for foreign nationals seeking to work in India, and for Indian nationals seeking international assignments.
Provide expert advice on various visa categories, work permits, and immigration policies relevant to business and investment.
Manage the end-to-end processing of visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to facilitate the immigration process.
Stay updated on the latest changes in immigration laws and regulations in India and key international jurisdictions.
Prepare reports and conduct consultations to inform clients about immigration strategies and compliance.
