Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Game Designer with a Master's degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our innovative team in Pune. This role will involve conceptualizing and designing engaging experiences for internal training and simulation platforms, leveraging gamification principles to enhance learning and development within the chemical industry. You will work closely with subject matter experts and developers to bring educational content to life in an interactive and fun format.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning objectives and translate them into game mechanics and design concepts.
Design game flows, user interfaces, and interactive elements for educational simulations.
Develop game narratives, character concepts, and level designs that align with training content.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation to communicate game ideas effectively.
Assist in playtesting and user feedback analysis to iterate and improve game designs.
Stay updated with the latest trends in game design, gamification, and educational technology.
