Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Gastroenterologist with a Master of Laws (LLM) to join our innovative team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience looking to leverage their unique legal and medical background in a dynamic startup environment within the architecture and interior design industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, managing risk, and contributing to strategic decision-making, bridging the gap between regulatory frameworks and our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex legal documents, healthcare regulations, and industry standards relevant to our services.

Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks associated with client contracts, vendor agreements, and intellectual property.

Advise on compliance matters related to data privacy (e.g., GDPR, Indian data protection laws) and consumer rights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and marketing, to ensure legal adherence in all business activities.

Conduct legal research on emerging trends and potential challenges within the architecture, interior design, and healthcare technology sectors.

Assist in drafting and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal policies.
