Guest Service Associate - FinTech / Payments Sector (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Guest Service Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic FinTech/Payments team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to understand and communicate complex financial product information with clarity and empathy, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our diverse customer base. This role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about Paytm's financial products and services.

Assist customers in navigating the Paytm platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through various transaction processes.

Leverage analytical skills, potentially honed through an M.Pharma background, to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback for service improvement.

Stay updated on Paytm's product offerings, policies, and industry best practices to provide informed support.
