Guest Service Associate - Full-Time Role (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all visitors and stakeholders at our facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Des background to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of guest interactions and spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, manage visitor logs, and direct them to their appropriate destinations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction, anticipating needs and addressing queries.

Manage reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable, reflecting company brand standards.

Handle incoming calls and emails, taking messages and redirecting inquiries as necessary.

Assist in scheduling meetings and managing meeting room bookings, ensuring all necessary amenities are in place.

Utilize design thinking principles (from B.Des) to propose and implement minor improvements to the guest experience and reception area aesthetics.

Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and preparing reports.

Liaise with security and facilities management to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
